5.Garments Protection Procedures
1.To prevent high humidity during transportation, we will use tissue paper to separate the glossy fabric during packaging to prevent different parts of the fabric from sticking together.
2.When the customer opens the carton upon receipt of the goods, in order to prevent the customer from cutting the clothes with the unpacking tool, we will put protection cardboard on top and bottom of each carton.
3.We put the desiccant in the polybag to prevent moisture and keep it dry.
6.Deliver,shipping and serving
In order to give customers a satisfactory after-sales experience, the quality control department, technical department, sales department and after-sales department need to work together.All goods sold by our company shall be inspected before shipment.
Users can consult relevant technical problems (before and during use) through after-sales telephone and get clear solutions.
When the customer opened the package, he found that the appearance of the product was damaged, wrong delivery or less delivery,we will accept customer complaints
