Q:How about your quality ?
A: Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certificated factory, product was inspected by IQC, IPQC and OQC to ensure the quality. The final product will be inspect by 2.5 D dimensional measuring instrument.
Q:What is the capacity of HARD Metal Presses?
A:Our press capacities run from 32 tons to300 tons. Mainly with 9 deep drawing machines,12 stamping machines, and welding, polish machines etc.
Q:What tolerances can HARD Metal hold on Metal Stampings/Deep drawings?
A:We can hold tolerances as close as 0.005” during our metal stamping operations. This tolerance will vary depending on the part, design, material and other factors. If tighter tolerances are required, we are able to hold +/- .001” when needed.
Q:Who is responsible for the cost of tool maintenance?
HARD Metal absorbs the cost of routine maintenance for the life of the tool.
