GTB series Ceramic Debinding Special Push Furnace is a type of continuous production furnace, designed solely for low-temperature debinding of zirconia powder, zirconium-containing ceramic and other ceramic and powder materials. Features of this furnace are balanced temperature, high uniformity and repeatability, efficient energy conversation, and easy to maintain. This is an ideal furnace for large-scale production enterprises.


Main features
1. Stable and balance temperature --- unique air intake and exhaust system; highly stabilized and balanced temperature, ensure product debinding quality for clients.
2. Efficiency and long usability --- in view of characteristics of product debinding process and heating elements, use equal-diameter resistance wires to heat from top to bottom; resistance wires are imported Kanthal wires with corundum-mullite protective tubes to separate furnace chamber from heating elements, so as to effectively prolong usability.
