The machine tool may operate in a single set or together with other machines.
The beams of the machine tool are in welded structure, and are tempered as a whole. The
machine,processed by means of a large-sized ground type milling and boring tool, is marked with
high precision.
The machine body is in a multi-column structure. The surface of the columns has gone through
medium-frequency tempering treatment, and is marked with high strength, high rigidity and high
wearing resistance and tensile strength.
An imported displacement sensor is adopted for detecting the slide block travel and giving
signals.The machine has closed loop control, electrohydraulic proportional pump; and the oil ylinder
is marked with excellent synchronization and the slide block is marked with high performances of
eccentric load resistance.
The machine tool is fitted with a unique electrical cabinet, and has Mutsubishi PLC + touch
screen control. Concentrated operation can be achieved by means of an operating panel. In the
semi-automatic operating conditions, the operating modes include the fixed pressure mode and the
fixed travel mode. In the fixed pressure mode, the machine has the function of retaining the
pressure and extend the time as well as automatic return.
The machine tool has a full series of safety devices including double-hand operation, emergent
stop, overload protection, eccentric load protection, guardrails, etc.
Subject to customers' needs, optional components are available, such as knockout device, lower hydraulic cushion, elevation guide rail for die replacement, moving table, etc. We can supply the machine tool of framework structure.
